[We tilt down on the exterior of the Cornell Dental building. The architecture is clean and modern with stone grey walls, blue metal trim, large windows, and an overhang made of curved glass and blue support beams.] [We move to a shot of a female patient sitting in the practice’s reception area conducting an interview. A graphic at the bottom of the screen identifies her as Karen Herinckx, Patient.] (Karen Herinckx) I've never gone to a dentist like this before, where everybody's so kind and caring. [A panning shot shows the waiting area with bright and clean design elements. There are black leather chairs, a TV screen, and a refrigerator filled with complimentary drinks.] (Karen Herinckx) The two girls at the desk always greet me by my name. They do know who I am, and that's important to me. [Another shot of the waiting and reception area shows a bright, open space along with a large reception desk, more leather chairs, and plants scattered around.] [We return to Karen conducting her interview.] (Karen Herinckx) Doctor Adams is funny, and he's got a great personality. He's a great dentist. [A shot of Dr. Adams shows him wearing his dental loupes and a facemask while conducting an exam.] (Karen Herinckx) I first saw him because I needed dentures on my bottom teeth. He did a wonderful job and I get compliments on them every time I go somewhere. [We move to Dr. Adams standing in front of a computer screen that displays a 3D x-ray of a patient’s mouth. He rotates the image, pointing something out on the bottom teeth, then turns to speak with someone out of the frame.] [We return to Karen conducting her interview.] (Karen Herinckx) I did the right thing by coming here. [We fade to a final graphic that displays the Cornell Dental logo along with the phone number, 971-397-6196, and the website, cornell-dental.com.]
